Abstract Submission
Guidelines for abstract submission
- Use the online submission system on the congress website icearc2023.glpmanager.com.tr. Submissions received by other means will not be considered. For any problem with the online submission, please contact the Organizing Secretariat via icearc2023@glpmanager.com.
- The deadline for abstract submission is announced on the congress website on the Important Dates tab.
- The language of the congress is English. All submissions must be prepared and presented in English. Authors are responsible for spelling and grammar checks.
The particular guidelines are presented in the following text:
- The abstract should not exceed 500 words (excluding titles, authors' names, and affiliations). Tables and figures are not to be provided.
- The heading should not contain abbreviations.
- Author names should be provided in full without any abbreviations.
- The corresponding author should be indicated in the affiliations.
- Author affiliations should include title/role, university/company, department, full address, and the ORCID.
- The abstract should be in Microsoft Word format. You can use the template file when preparing your abstract. General formatting rules are as follows:
- Use Times New Roman 10 pts font size and 1,15 line spacing.
- Use page margins of 2.5 cm for all sides of an A4 page.
- Provide three to five keywords.
- Select the relevant field and subfield for the submission from the drop-down list in submission.
After submission of your abstract, you will receive a confirmation E-mail.
Important Note: All submitted works should report original, previously unpublished research results. We firmly believe that ethical conduct is the most essential virtual of any academic. Hence, plagiarism is unacceptable academic misconduct and cannot be tolerated.
